- Methods and Legal Grounds of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data shall be collected through various means by our Company via different channels and based on various legal grounds such as conclusion or fulfilment of any contract, performing of legal obligations, establishment, exercise or protection of any right for the purposes of implementing of Company’s human resources polices and conducting recruitment process. Within this period your personal data is collected physically or through our website via the application form and other websites which enable you to make job application; for the purposes of evaluating your job application and suitability for the position you apply; managing and concluding recruitment processes within the context of our Company’s human resources policies and communicating with you and your references stated by yourself in this regard; and for the legal reasons of managing commercial and operational processes. Besides, your collected data can also be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in (a) and (b) of this Privacy Notice and limited with the circumstances listed in Article 5 and Article 6 of the Law No. 6698.

However, if the access request incurs additional cost, the price stated by the Personal Data Protection Board may be collected. Within this scope data subjects/you have the following rights;
